<ServiceInformation>
<DescriptionText><text>
If this error is reported, the picker wrist is having trouble moving out, most likely because the
plates are stuck together.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
If there are problems during a pick, the firmware does extra steps to try and figure out the real
problem. For this error to be reported, the picker will have tried to grab the plate, but couldn't
wrist out with it, either because it popped off while the picker was wristing out, or because the
wrist didn't move out within the allowed time. The picker wrist will have moved back in to try and
grab the plate again. If, after the second try, the picker still can't wrist the plates out, this
error will be reported.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
The wrist cylinder may be faulty, but after the wrist failed to move out the first time, the vacuum
will have been released. After releasing the plate, the wrist moved out properly.
